what is the right way to say unable to relocate in a singles dating personals ad ?

i need suggestions on how to nicely say i’m unable to relocate at present time in a personals ad but am willing to accept a woman whos willing to relocate to be with me. i’m a 41 year old divorced man whos been out of the dating scene for a while now. etiquette has totally changed now. can anyone please give me a little help please ?

    State that you have settled in wherever you are at…and you are not in a hurry to move again.

    Personally, I avoid all of this and just go for the women who are also settled and situated in my area…
